Refund Policy
1. Our approach
Manga, Inc. wants you to be satisfied with every purchase or engagement. This policy explains when refunds are available; anything agreed in writing for a specific order or engagement takes precedence.
2. Services
If you cancel before work has begun, amounts paid for that work are refundable. Once work has started, refunds are considered in fairness to the work already performed. Completed work is non-refundable except where it materially failed to match what was agreed.
3. Goods (where applicable)
Unused goods in original condition may be returned within a reasonable period of purchase for a refund or exchange, unless marked final-sale. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded.
4. How to request
Contact support@mangainc.net or 770-4088049 with your receipt or booking details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply under the laws of United States.
